These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vviph ("vviph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://vviph.vip (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the vviph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on vviph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age.
• Residency: You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. vviph primarily serves players located in the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended vviph account. Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: You have not voluntarily self-excluded from the vviph Platform or been excluded by vviph for any reason.
• Own Identity: You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.

vviph reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming services on vviph, you must complete the registration process and create a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional details requested by vviph for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and OTP codes.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.
• Notifying vviph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that all information on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times.

vviph expressly prohibits the sharing, sale, transfer, or assignment of Player Accounts to any third party. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person other than the registered account holder may be immediately suspended and its balance forfeited pending investigation.

vviph accepts deposits made through payment methods approved for Philippine players, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay transfers, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and the current options are always displayed on the Deposit page within your vviph account.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱50 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Currency: All transactions on the vviph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer times may vary depending on the originating institution.
• Fees: vviph does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which vviph is not responsible.
• Own Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited to your vviph account are legitimately yours, free from any criminal origin, and that you are not depositing on behalf of a third party.

vviph reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms. Where required by applicable law, vviph may report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

Players may request withdrawals of available balance (real money, excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time through the Withdrawal section of the vviph account dashboard.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vviph account holder. vviph may require full identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Method: vviph applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be made to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible.
• Right to Review: vviph reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours to conduct security checks or request additional verification documents without liability to the Player.

vviph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering (turnover) requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion within the vviph promotions section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The specific multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: vviph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to manipulate any promotion in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies.
• Modification and Withdrawal: vviph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Employees: Employees and immediate family members of vviph and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.

All games available on the vviph Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between the general rules stated in these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, vviph reserves the right to void any wagers placed during the affected period and refund stakes to the Player's account. vviph is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.
• Disconnection: vviph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the Player's side, including mobile network interruptions, ISP outages, or device failures. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the vviph system. Confirmation is indicated by a transaction record appearing in your account history.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may differ across game types, VIP tiers, and promotional periods.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vviph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy designed to defraud vviph or other players.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vviph employees, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any aspect of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Playing on behalf of a third party or allowing another person to operate your account.

vviph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for any rolling 24-hour, weekly, or monthly period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a period of their choosing, from 24 hours to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and all promotional communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation by a vviph support agent.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders may be enabled to display net session win/loss at regular intervals.

vviph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, even in the absence of a formal self-exclusion request.

All content on the vviph Platform, including but not limited to the vviph brand name, logo, graphic design, software code, game interfaces, text, images, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of vviph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from vviph.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any game or Platform component.
• Using the vviph brand, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vviph's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vviph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.
• Service interruptions resulting from circumstances outside vviph's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party game providers, subject to applicable certification and testing requirements.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vviph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

vviph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting vviph support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any available balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed identity verification and compliance with withdrawal terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and vviph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting vviph support at [email protected]. vviph will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute communications within 10 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and both parties irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.

vviph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vviph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform's notification system, email (where a registered address is held), or a prominent notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The date of the most recent amendment is indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. vviph recommends reviewing this page whenever you are notified of an update.
